Eligibility for Exchange<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong>, only if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The received product differs from the original order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item is missing from the package, including labels or original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, claims will only be entertained if submitted within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate a claim, please email pictures of the defective item to <strong><a>help@malkah.com<\/a><\/strong> or contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.<br>Our team will review each case individually and make every effort to ensure a fair resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the claim is approved, a replacement of equal value (as per the invoice) will be issued and dispatched with your next order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
