Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, only if:

  • The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product differs from the original order.
  • Any item is missing from the package, including labels or original packaging.

In such cases, claims will only be entertained if submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, please email pictures of the defective item to help@malkah.com or contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will review each case individually and make every effort to ensure a fair resolution.

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the claim is approved, a replacement of equal value (as per the invoice) will be issued and dispatched with your next order.

2. Shipping Charges

The customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling, and any additional costs (including customs charges).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be accepted.
  • MALKAH Luxe fabrics, once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Prepaid return labels will not be provided.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

Refund options:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store voucher (with customer consent) for future purchases

2. Cancellation by MALKAH

MALKAH reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Item is out of stock
  • Product is damaged during quality check
  • Technical errors (e.g., incorrect pricing)
  • Payment failure or decline

  • Additional embellishments used during photoshoots
  • Lighting conditions

  • Printing quality of catalogs or materials
