Shipping Policy – MALKAH

MALKAH is committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible through courier as per the business approved courier companies. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and circumstances that may affect delivery.

Delivery Within Pakistan: MALKAH currently delivers to eligible locations throughout Pakistan through selected courier and logistics partners. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 WORKING DAYS after order confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 WORKING DAYS, depending on the destination and courier service. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

Order Processing: Orders are normally processed after they have been successfully placed and, where applicable, verified by our Customer Care team. During sale periods, new collection launches, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, technological problems, processing may take longer than the standard timeframe. MALKAH will make reasonable efforts to process orders as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery Confirmation: For Cash on Delivery orders both, MALKAH team initially and Courier partners during delivery to contact customers through WhatsApp and Website, or another available communication method to verify the order and delivery details. If we are unable to verify an order or the customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, MALKAH may cancel the order as per the return policy.

Shipping Charges: Standard delivery charges within Pakistan are varies to courier partners policy. MALKAH may offer free shipping on orders above Rs.8000/-, where applicable. Shipping charges may vary depending on the customer’s location, order weight, value & size, promotional campaigns, or other factors. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation on MALKAH website.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, MALKAH may provide a tracking number button through website or courier partner official website. Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment through the relevant courier service.

Delivery Delays: The delivery timeframes provided by MALKAH are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather conditions, public holidays, courier operational issues, high-volume sales periods, security conditions, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside MALKAH’s reasonable control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, name, and contact number when placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure or additional courier charges, the customer may be responsible for the resulting costs. MALKAH will make reasonable efforts to assist with address corrections where possible, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses to receive the parcel, or has provided incorrect delivery information, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply. If the shipment is returned to MALKAH after unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay applicable charges before a new delivery is arranged.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact MALKAH Customer Care with your order or tracking number. We will coordinate with the relevant courier company where appropriate and make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue. MALKAH cannot guarantee delivery timelines where delays are caused by circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping: Yes,MALKAH currently offer international shipping only on customized product and all the courier charges will pay by the customer as will discussed before the order placing. Where international delivery is available, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will depend on the destination, parcel weight, courier service, and applicable customs requirements. Customers receiving international shipments may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. MALKAH is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other authorities.
